How much does this cost?

Accepted Answer

Our Trial tier costs $500 and includes one operating agreement and one tax return with an emailed response on feedback (no call).

Our Compliance tier costs $2,000 and includes up to 2 Operating Agreements reviewed with their corresponding tax returns - includes up to 1 hour call.

Our Advisory tier costs $3,500 and includes 3 Operating Agreements with their corresponding tax returns as well as sample language - includes up to 2 hours of a call.

Our Forecasting tier is contingent on the complexity of the partnership, but starts at $4,000.

All fees are billed up front.
